Paton is our youngest team member. At just 15 he is set up for success with having a father who is skilled in the marine trades, as well as two older brothers who are ABYC certified master technicians. He can be seen here working on a gimble, with his brothers looking on and guiding him.
Logan — HVAC Specialist

Extensive Lift Experience

Logan brings specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, adding another valuable skill set to the White Bay Boat Works team. His mechanical expertise and attention to detail help ensure our customers receive knowledgeable, dependable service.
Our team is well versed in using the forklifts to safely and securely move boats around for convenience and ease of service.

Matt — Head Technician & Team Leader

Alec brings a positive attitude and a willingness to take on any task that comes his way, always leading by example and helping rally the team around him. Whether he’s tackling a job like the propeller work pictured here or taking on something completely new, Alec’s versatility, work ethic, and team-first attitude make him an invaluable part of White Bay Boat Works.
As the founder and head technician, Matt leads the White Bay Boat Works team with years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of every aspect of the business. His ability to delegate, organize, and bring out the strengths of each team member keeps our operation running smoothly and ensures every customer receives quality, dependable service. Here you can see him servicing a Honda engine.
